How it worked:-
When a team won a game it moved up the ice (towards Block 5), the losers moved down.
The team that won at the top of the rink at the end became the overall winner.
Upon draws the team that were recently moved up was declared the winner of the game. 

Of course, the real winners were the 66 children who took part!!
