TVSL RULES
The tournament is being run on a not-for-profit basis out of the Bracknell ice rink by some of the mature rink-rats.
The tournament is open to both Male and Female players. There will be a separate changing room allocated to the ladies.
The EIHA rules that state that Under 16s may not play against Over 18s have been introduced to protect the younger guys. It would be very foolish of any organisation to break these rules therefore we have no choice but to adhere to them.
The Youth League
The Senior League
N.B. All ice time will be used. If there is time remaining then the clock will stop - whatever the score - in order to use the complete time slot.
All teams will be picked by the league organisers, but you may indicate a preference of who you want to be with on your application form.
The League is for fun.
The goal of the tournament is to provide fun in a recreational ice hockey environment.

junior league players must be registered with the EIHA.
Full
hockey equipment is required for all players.

All
players are entitled to equal ice time.
Senior players will run the bench on their own teams.
The
door on the benches will be shut at all times.
All
breakages will be paid for by the person who broke it.

Offside will be called.
Icing will not be called.
An unsportsmanlike minor penalty will be called to any player who is not sharing the ice time with other players on their team.
Minor penalties are 2 minutes, major penalties are 5 minutes except for roughing/fighting for which you will be expelled form the tournament without refund.
The
league reserves the right to suspend players for serious violations, dangerous
or inappropriate conduct on or off the ice.
All
league decisions are final and are not subject to appeal.
