S - 54cm - 21.5"
M - 60cm - 23.5"
L - 65cm - 25.5"
XL - 68cm - 27"
XXL - 71cm - 28"
G - Various sizes based on your size (we will work it out)

Players will have their surname printed on the back.

The sock sizes will be based on the height recorded on the application form.
